Île-de-France Mobilités has given the list of axes which have not met their objectives. Among those most affected by regularity problems

It's time to take stock.

The punctuality report on the Ile-de-France lines for the year 2023 is being finalized.

And unsurprisingly, travelers on certain branches of the RER B, C and D are among the worst off.

In accordance with the contracts binding Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), the authority in charge of transport, to the SNCF and the RATP, travelers who have suffered delays for at least one month will be entitled to compensation.

Since 2021, this reimbursement occurs every year, in the event of punctuality below 80% for at least three months, in the event of long-term strikes or exceptional disruptions.

This year, Valérie Pécresse, the president of IDFM, decided to grant half a month of Navigo to users living or working on a route whose annual punctuality is less than 85%.

In 2023, approximately 2 million subscribers were eligible for these refunds.

The campaign “will begin at the end of March and will compensate 15 railway axes, between half a month of Navigo package and a month and a half for the RER B axis located between Aulnay and Mitry-Claye”, announced Île-de-France Mobilités this Wednesday .

Reimbursement requests will only be made on the IDFM Internet portal.

This concerns holders of the Navigo annual, senior, imagine R Student and school, Navigo monthly packages (including on the Discovery pass and on smartphone) and the “50% reduction month” and “75% solidarity month” packages.

Here is the list of the axes concerned:

RER A

Cergy-le-Haut/Maisons-Laffitte (-85%): half a monthly package.

RER B

Aulnay/CDG (8 months at less 80%): 1 monthly package.

Aulnay/Mitry (ten months at less than 80%): 1.5 monthly packages.

Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse/Parc de Sceaux: 8 months at less 80%: 1 monthly package.

Robinson/Bourg-la-Reine (6 months at less than 80%): 1 monthly package.

RER C

Dourdan-la-Forêt/La-Norville (4 months at less than 80%): 1 monthly package.

St-Martin-d-Etampes/Marolles-en-Hurepoix (7 months at less than 80%): 1 monthly package.

Pontoise/Av-president-Kennedy (3 months at less 80%): half a monthly package.

Juvisy/Brétigny (5 months at less than 80%): half a monthly package.

Massy/Les Saules (one year at less than 85%): half a monthly package.

For this line, Île-de-France Mobilités asked SNCF to include in the punctuality figures for reimbursement the cancellations of trains the day before 5 p.m. due to a lack of train drivers.

The RER C was very impacted by these cuts in 2023. In December, “nearly 15% of RER C missions were eliminated due to a lack of drivers”.

RER D

Creil/Goussainville (3 months at less than 80%): half a monthly package.

Montgeron/Combs-la-Ville (one year at less than 85%): half a monthly package.

Vigneux/Corbeil via the Plateau (one year at less than 85%): half a monthly package.

Line P

Meaux/La Ferté-Milon (3 months at less than 80%): half a monthly package.

Paris/Coulommiers (3 months at less than 80%): half a monthly package.
