The rumor has spread like wildfire in recent days in the north-east of Seine-Saint-Denis: tap water is unfit for consumption, proof of which is the brownish trickle that flows from it.

It all started, according to Smaep-TC, from a “big leak” in Villeparisis (Seine-et-Marne) on the main pipeline which transports water from the Annet-sur-Marne factory.
