For years we have been warning with my colleague Anne Sander, elected to the Agriculture Committee of the European Parliament, about the danger represented by the very ideological legislative agenda which is advancing in our institutions, and which threatens not only our farmers , but more broadly all those who produce in Europe.
The unprecedented normative inflation desired in recent years by the European Commission has been supported by parliamentarians ranging from the most radical left to Macronist elected officials, including Pascal Canfin, who was one of the great architects of this strategy in as chairman of the Environment Committee.
