The driver, identified as Sofía Chaparro, was arrested by order of federal judge Gustavo Montoya.
Her car had hidden loads of drugs stored in the tank, which exploded due to the CNG charge that rumbled through the night of the city of Oran, 239 kilometers from the capital of Salta.
