This is a highly anticipated decision, because it could be the key to the mystery of the Jubillar affair.
On January 18, the Toulouse Court of Appeal examined the possibility of relaunching investigations into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, this mother who disappeared on December 15 in 2020 in Tarn, in Cagnac-les -Mining.
This Thursday, February 8, the investigating chamber is preparing to render its decision.
The latter could, despite the closure of the investigation, order additional information concerning the hearing of a witness at the last minute.
“Revelations to be made”
Two months ago, the Toulouse public prosecutor's office sent a request to the investigating chamber, demanding the hearing of a witness who claims to have
"revelations to make"
about the disappearance of the nurse: according to our information, the latter claims to know the place where the Tarn nurse would have been buried.

This witness would have initially contacted a gendarme working within the investigation unit dedicated to the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar.
The soldier considered these comments to be of interest to investigators and therefore wrote a report to the courts.
“According to this witness, the body of Delphine Jubillar would be buried not far from a house under construction. He justifies this indication in particular by the fact that, shortly after the events, an excavator from this site disappeared and was never found
,” a source close to the case then reported to Le
Figaro
.
But, for the advice of Cédric Jubillar – the husband of the missing woman indicted for “murder of a spouse” in June 2021 – there is
“nothing alarming”
.
One of the drywall painter's lawyers, Me Emmanuelle Franck, declared to Le
Figaro
that this development would rather show that
“the investigation was botched”
.
“This is just another piece of evidence that shows we are still searching for the truth.”
