The news had emerged on Wednesday night but the file, with parliamentary procedure number 233, was registered in the entry system of the Chamber of Deputies last Monday.

The project proposes the repeal of Law 27,610 on Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy, approved in Congress on December 30, 2020 and in force since its promulgation on January 14, 2021.

The text is authored by Rocío Bonacci - a 27-year-old representative, a podiatrist by profession and elected by the province of Santa Fe - and bears the signature of the head of the libertarian bench Oscar Zago, and the deputies Lilia Lemoine, Beltrán Benedit, María Fernanda Araujo and Manuel Quintar.
