Tired of the situation, the committee, which formerly acted as a relay between residents, town hall and the developer, resigned.

On paper, an urban space alongside forest and green spaces was planned.
Nursery, school, mini-markets, playgrounds, pools, shared gardens and other businesses and educational infrastructure were “sold” to residents upon their arrival.
This development project is one of the largest in France carried out by a private operator and one of the first Tepos compatible districts (positive energy territory).
This model eco-district was to be carried out in three phases from 2017 to 2026. However, two years from the end, the first phase has still not been completed and the problems have accumulated.
