First established in Aix-les-Bains, Marina Ferrari was deputy mayor and departmental councilor between 2015 and 2021. With her election to the National Assembly, she follows in the footsteps of her uncle, Gratien Ferrari, deputy mayor of the spa town in the 1990s. At the Bourbon Palace, she notably served as secretary of the Finance Commission and was part of the delegation to local authorities and decentralization, a subject dear to François Bayrou.
His entry into government had already been considered last year at the State Secretariat for Youth, but was ultimately aborted.
