A 41-year-old butcher is said to have sexually harassed his employee in his business.

Now the man had to answer in court and got away with a fine.

Ebersberg - A 41-year-old butcher from Poing is said to have sexually harassed his employee in his business in the western district for over a year.

Now the man found himself in the dock of the Ebersberg district court.

Metzger (41) from Poing is said to have groped his employee on the chest and buttocks

The allegations were serious: at the end of 2019, the defendant is said to have started sending his employees unsolicited images with pornographic content via WhatsApp - including penis photos including ejaculate.

Over the following months, he groped the woman's breasts and buttocks several times in his company.

According to the prosecution, during a walk the poinger even dropped his pants, grabbed his employee's head and tried to force her to have oral sex.

The woman was able to break away and escape.

A similar incident is said to have occurred in the company toilet.

The defendant's lawyer negotiates a deal with the judge and prosecutor

The 41-year-old did not want to comment on the incidents in court.

Instead, his defense attorney and the public prosecutor, chaired by Judge Julia Ströhlein, negotiated a deal: If the defendant apologized to the woman and paid 2,000 euros in reparation, the proceedings would be discontinued.

It was difficult for the defendant to make a serious apology.

“I’m sorry for the misunderstanding,” he said.

On the advice of his lawyer and the uncomprehending shaking of the head of the judge and public prosecutor, he corrected his choice of words to “inconvenience”.

“It makes me feel humiliated”: Alleged victim refuses money

“That's very thin,” commented the prosecutor on the words of the defendant, who was in the same place a year ago for illegal gambling.

The alleged victim was also not satisfied with the explanation and refused the money.

“I feel humiliated by this,” the woman emphasized.

“He threatened me and offered me 10,000 euros so that I wouldn’t go to the police.

Why should I accept the money now?”

The defendant's face contorted, he leaned forward, had the witness in his sights and muttered to himself.

“We stay calm,” the defense attorney tried to calm his client by pulling him back into his seat by his shoulders.

The public prosecutor let the matter rest.

The deal remained.

Judge Ströhlein discontinued the proceedings against Poinger.

He still has to pay the 2,000 euros to a charitable organization instead of to the woman.
