In the last few hours, the video captured by a security camera was released of the moment in which a gendarme shot dead a motochorro and injured a 15-year-old teenager when he was intercepted for apparent robbery purposes while waiting for the bus.
It happened this Tuesday in La Reja, Moreno district.
The violent event took place during the early hours of Tuesday, when the 42-year-old Gendarmerie sergeant was dressed in civilian clothes and waiting for the bus to go to work.
He was at the stop located on Jerónimo Cabrera and Sófocles streets, when a red Yamaha FZ motorcycle intercepted him with two armed individuals with the alleged intention of robbery.
From what can be seen in the video, which lasts just 16 seconds, the motorcycle stops in front of the sergeant, who with quick reflexes pulls out his service weapon and begins to shoot at the motorcycle jets, who fall a few meters from the bus stop. .
There were six shots.
The 33-year-old driver died at the scene, while his companion, a 15-year-old young man, was rushed to a hospital with very bad injuries: he received four of the six bullet wounds.

The officer, who was unharmed, notified the area police, who upon arrival found a Colt .32 caliber revolver, with ammunition in its drum.

Prosecutor Luisa Pontecorvo, in charge of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 3 of Moreno, also ordered the seizure of the gendarme's weapon to carry out the corresponding investigations, although in the first instance she did not arrest the officer and argued that he acted "in legitimate defense." ".
The injured 15-year-old teenager
The 15-year-old boy who was the passenger of the motochorro received four gunshot wounds: in the shoulder, ribs and in the elbow and was rushed to the Mariano and Luciano de la Vega hospital in Moreno.
There, he underwent surgery, and according to the medical report, he is recovering in the intensive care room.
Police sources confirmed that the young man has a recent criminal record: on the 12th of last month he was arrested for possession of a firearm and concealment.
However, because he was a minor, he was not arrested.
