On February 10, 2023, comedian Pierre Palmade violently collided with a car on a departmental road near Villiers-en-Bière (Seine-et-Marne), while he was under the influence of drugs.

The comedian in his race led to three injured people, Yuksel Yakut, the driver, Devrim, his seven-year-old son, and Mila, the little boy's aunt.

As a result of the accident, she lost her baby when she was six months pregnant.

“My daughter was killed”

She was supposed to be called Solin-Hazel, she confided to our colleagues.

Since the accident, the young woman “still cannot bring herself

to move the furniture and all the things”

that she had installed in preparation for the birth, she explains.

Mila sees a good number of doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists… But most of the time she spends it mainly locked up at home and trying to get to sleep with the help of antidepressants.

“My daughter was killed, she would have been born if this accident had not taken place,

” she says, referring to the medical expertise from August 2023, concluding that her baby had died in utero, before emergency delivery in hospital.

According to justice, a fetus is not considered a living being and only the qualification of

“involuntary injuries”

could then be used against Pierre Palmade.

She constantly relives the accident in her mind.

In addition to the moral after-effects, Mila also suffers from a detached shoulder blade which prevents her from walking normally.

“But I don’t want to be looked at with pity

,” asserts with conviction the woman who is only waiting for one thing: a trial, and the hope of convicting the man who

“took away my future.”
