It was
“a dark affair”
that led the Senate’s doctor to the exit.
In post for five years, Doctor Lmahdi El Hassan was notified of his dismissal for serious misconduct on December 23, during his vacation.
At issue according to him, the report he sent to human resources concerning the behavior of one of his medical assistants claiming to be
“untouchable”
and protected by her lover,
“a very influential parliamentarian”
.
She would have filmed herself in the company of this senator, in his office, with her pants pulled down to her ankles, according to the revelations of Le
Canard Enchaîné
.
Reached to the President of the Senate, Gérard Larcher, this sex tape would serve the medical assistant as a
“pressure lever in the event of possible difficulties”
.
Was the doctor punished for trying to denounce and put an end to this woman's manipulations?
Le Figaro
obtained the letter that Doctor El Hassan sent this Friday to these former colleagues at the Luxembourg Palace.
Truncated identity and false diplomas
During the five years he worked as a doctor in the Senate, Lmahdi El Hassan affirms
“that there was never the slightest complaint or even negative criticism towards (him)”
.
So he learned with the greatest astonishment of his dismissal during the Christmas period.
Officially, human resources accuse him of paid external services and the prescription of a work stoppage for Senator Joël Guerriau, accused of having drugged a deputy without his knowledge to abuse her, which would have prevented the Senate from forcing this last to resign.
Fallacious arguments, according to the doctor who puts forward another
“reality on the cause of (s)his dismissal”
.
On several occasions since October 2023, Doctor El Hassan has alerted to the fact that one of his assistants had been hired
“with a truncated identity, on the basis of false diplomas and with a false professional background ( …) It seems to me that she should have been the subject of a report to the public prosecutor to denounce this extremely serious usurpation
,” he relates in his letter.
Furthermore,
“she had managed to increase her salary by more than 45% in less than three years using her connections with said Senate authority”
.
Other disappointments punctuated his working relationship with this assistant:
“She allowed herself to enter my office without my authorization and therefore had the possibility of accessing the medical files”
of the senators.
“The compromising elements do exist”
Did the administration show
“evidence of negligence (duly recommended and supported)”
by not acting following its alerts?, asks Doctor El Hassan.
One thing is certain, according to him, this woman
“boasted of having compromising elements of her lover within the Palace and always explained that she had the possibility of 'firing' whoever she wanted by using her privileged relationship with this authority"
.
And to continue:
“I understood that by reporting this information, my fate was sealed, especially since the said compromising elements do exist.”
In his letter, the “brutally”
dismissed doctor announced his intention to challenge this
“abusive”
decision in court
.
“All the evidence of the elements mentioned”
will be provided in order to cancel his dismissal and seek damages, he assures.
Disillusioned by the turn of events, Lmahdi El Hassan concludes:
“The employee was right, she can get anyone she wants fired.”
