Ricardo Hugo Ruiz (57) tells three opportunities from room 229 of the Argentine Institute of Diagnosis and Treatment (IADT), in Recoleta.
He is waiting, like 54 days ago,
for his daughter Tatiana to wake up
.
Although she has improved, her condition is critical and she has not regained consciousness since the brutal early morning.
"He had three opportunities. At any of those moments
the argument would have ended and this did not happen
. But he saw her, he saw her and heard her. And he accelerated. We want him to pay for what he did," Ricardo tells
Clarín
.
The first night that Lucas Feijoo (27) spent at the police station, Ricardo brought him a soda.
"
I believed him
. I always thought that I had not seen it, that it could be an accident.
But these videos change everything
," he insists.
The images from the security cameras that, after the judicial fair, were incorporated into the file kept by prosecutor Ezequiel Gradella, of the West Flagrancy Unit of the City of Buenos Aires, are for Ricardo "key evidence."
"He hits the glass, you can see that they were arguing before. At the time I thought: since 'Tati' is small and the truck is very tall, he didn't see her. But yes, he saw her perfectly. You can see that they were arguing, You can see that
she hits the glass and asks him to open the door and that he speeds up
without worrying about her," he describes.
Ricardo Hugo Ruiz, Tatiana's father (30), who suffered serious injuries when she was dragged by the truck driven by her boyfriend in Flores.
In the images you can see the episode of violence that Feijoo was involved in.
It had all started at a birthday celebration at Tatiana's in-laws' house, in Versailles.
Together they returned in the truck, a Ford Ranger, she wanted to return to her Flores' house.
He, who had "consumed a lot of alcohol and had an expired driving license," wanted to continue the night at another house near Yerbal at 2600.
The
three opportunities
that Ricardo lists start there: at his in-laws' house he was with Gabriela Fernández (54), and her other daughter Camila (28).
Camila offered to take her back to her house so Lucas could continue with her departure, but Tatiana refused.
She decided to go with her boyfriend.

The
second stop
was Tatiana's apartment, where she had lived with her boyfriend for more than a year.
The cameras detected them parked at this point, presumably arguing, but they did not get out.
And the
third point
was the corner of Yerbal and Bolivia, where Lucas Feijoo stops the march and leaves Tatiana inside the vehicle.
Tatiana Ruiz (30) in the early morning of December 16, clinging to the handle of the truck seconds before her boyfriend, Lucas Feijoo (27), decided to speed up and ended up leaving her in a coma.
"
Your glass was down
," the young woman yells at him as he leaves and tries to activate the alarm with her inside.
They shout, they fight in the street.
He returns and gets inside the Ford.
She follows him and tries to open it but he locks the door.
"Open the door for me
," she repeats twice and knocks on the glass, making her rings rattle.
He ignores her and speeds up.
She runs
hooked on the handle for a few meters until he accelerates and makes her fly.
Tatiana never woke up since that morning.
And a second video shows that
two witnesses witnessed the entire scene and left
.
They didn't help her in any way.
A third person crossed the street and stole the cell phone from the young woman
, who worked with her father in the family's real estate company.

Some neighbors found her and called the ambulance.
She was alone for about 7 minutes, unconscious.
Four cars passed by and also saw her lying there.
Some called the ambulance, which took 20 minutes to arrive and assist her.
"I don't know what damage all this is going to cause her. Now Tatiana has an infection from the operation on her elbow and is on antibiotics. They told us that we could move her to another place to start rehabilitation but I don't know if she can now. She has a tracheotomy, sometimes it connects the gaze but other times it doesn't," describes Ricardo, who hopes and asks "that she return to being the active girl she was."
But he knows the road will be "long."
Lucas is
detained and under house arrest
accused of
"serious negligent injuries aggravated by reckless driving"
by decision of Judge Rodolfo Ariza.
The prosecutor had requested "attempted intentional femicide", but the judge considered that there was no "intention to kill" and granted him the benefit.
Tatiana Ruiz (30) was dragged by her boyfriend's truck and suffered serious injuries in Flores.
With these new videos added to the file, Tatiana's family hopes that they can aggravate the accusation.
Ricardo hopes his daughter improves with patience and love.
But also, a bit of justice: "He is at home, he must be bad, I'm not saying no. He is with his parents, with his family. But
Tatiana is here, hospitalized
. She cannot move because of Lucas's decision. "He had three opportunities to stop and he didn't. What I ask is that he pay for what he did, nothing more."
