Special Prosecutor Robert Hore announced today that Biden's investigation into classified documents found in his office and private home ended without charges.

"Mr. Biden will likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview with him, as an elderly and sympathetic man with good intentions but a poor memory," Hur wrote in the final report.

Hur added, noting that during the interviews with the prosecution team, President Biden's memory was "very limited."

He said that Biden forgot what years his term as vice president under Barack Obama began and ended, and that he forgot what year his son died.

President Biden responded to the results of the report and said that he was satisfied that the investigation ended without the filing of an indictment.

"I was in the middle of handling an international crisis," he said.

Regarding Hor's comment about Biden's memory, the president first said that "my memory is perfectly fine."

After that he added and got angry at the questions of a personal nature that were intended to test his memory.

"How the hell does he dare bring it up. To be honest, when they asked me the question I thought to myself, it's none of their business at all," he said.

The White House attorney also responded to the prosecutor's findings and stated that "as the report recognizes, mistakes when packing documents at the end of an administration or when members of Congress leave office are unfortunately a common occurrence. This has happened with every administration, Republican and Democratic, in the last 50 years."

Regarding Hur's comments regarding the president's memory, the attorney stated that "we do not agree with a number of inaccurate and inappropriate comments in the special counsel's report", but went on to add that "despite this, the most important decision made by the special counsel - according to which there is no justification for the accusations - is well based on the facts and evidence."

Finally, the attorney said that memory lapses are not unusual for someone who is trying to describe events that happened years ago. "Such comments have no place in the Ministry of Justice's report," he added and asserted.
