Several police officers were on duty at a school in Upper Franconia on Friday.
The reason: bomb threat.
There is no danger to the population.
Naila – Emergency services were deployed on Friday, February 9th due to a bomb threat at a middle school in Naila (Hof district).
According to the current status of the investigation, there is no acute danger to students, teachers or the population, said a spokesman for the Upper Franconia police headquarters.
Police are investigating connection with previous bomb threats
The police operation began around 10 a.m.
The police spokesman said it was being examined whether there was a connection to previous bomb threats at other schools.
“The situation will be examined on a case-by-case basis and initial measures will be taken,” said the police headquarters on the
X
platform .
The investigation was ongoing.
In recent months there have been a series of bomb threats at schools, universities, companies and authorities in several federal states - including at a vocational school in Straubing in October last year.
