Valentine seemed straight out of a Klimt painting.
Her face, pale and soft as an opaline vase, was highlighted by thick strawberry blonde hair which fell in waves over her shoulders.
Her slender figure was dressed in long, vaporous dresses or large kimonos whose golden hues gave her the air of a bird of paradise.
Her delicate wrists were clasped with large bracelets of hammered silver, like corsets, and her pianist's hands wore several rings where lapis lazulis, agates and moonstones shone pell-mell.
On the other hand, she never wore a necklace and we could distinguish, through the translucent skin of her neckline, the tree of fine lilac veins which recalled the blue of her eyes.
He was a radiant and poetic being.
A funny girl, too: always in the clouds, in the moon, in the stars - in short, a little perched, a little cracked...
Valentine was coming…
