The IDF published today (Friday) documentation of the operations of reserve forces in the Khan Yunis area. During their operations, the forces found rocket launchers placed near a kindergarten and a mosque. The forces also came across a civilian water facility, which after a scan was discovered to be a terrorist den, with an underground route.

The divisional combat team of the 646th reserve brigade has been operating in the Khan Yunis area for the past few days.
As part of their activities, the reserve fighters raided terrorist infrastructures, encountered enemies, sabotaged terrorists, and found many weapons.
During a raid on a tactical launch target, the forces located rocket launchers placed by Hamas terrorists near a kindergarten and a mosque.
The launchers were loaded and aimed at the territory of the State of Israel.
The fighters destroyed the launchers.

Also, during another operation by the forces in the Khan Yunis area, the fighters searched a civilian water facility.
Upon scanning the facility, the forces discovered a tunnel shaft that led to an underground route within the water facility.
During the investigation of the route, two terrorists were found on the spot and eliminated.
Finally, in the course of their activities, the fighting forces simply destroyed many properties that were used by Hamas operatives.
Also, the fighters located many weapons and other military aids, including RPG missiles, explosives, Kalashnikov rifles, uniforms and vests.
