But it is a real insider tip that many people are prepared to wait in long queues for.

Even before the store opens at 11:30 a.m., the first guests are at the door and waiting.

You should be patient to get a seat, especially in the evenings.

But even waiting becomes an experience in this restaurant.

The shop owner, Ms. Wu, regularly provides those waiting with warm tea or small appetizers.

The owner is Ms. Wu, a friendly Chinese lady.

Her husband Xu, who learned the noodle craft in China, is in the kitchen preparing the food.

He brought his knowledge to Germany and opened the snack bar together with his wife in 2018.
