"The results of the thirteenth call for incentives for renewables are undoubtedly positive.
We must continue in this direction to strengthen decarbonisation, accelerating production from clean energy".
Thus in a note Gilberto Pichetto, Minister of the Environment and Energy Security, commenting on the results of the thirteenth GSE tender, concluded with the assignment of over 1 gigawatt of power to wind, photovoltaic and hydroelectric plants out of the approximately 1.6 made available.
"Participation - adds the Minister - demonstrates attention to the projects that will have to contribute to the energy transition. This important result is affected not only by the adjustment of the reference tariffs to inflation, but also by the preliminary investigation activity of the GSE and the consequent reduction of the rejection, due to greater dialogue with operators".
"The growth of renewables is an indispensable tool for decarbonizing and guaranteeing the country's energy security: we will continue to work tirelessly for their affirmation", concludes the Minister.
