Rapper Moha la Squale was arrested on December 31, 2023 in Germany as part of a European arrest warrant,

Real name Mohamed Bellahmed, the 28-year-old artist, indicted in particular for
"rape of a spouse, sexual assault, domestic violence and death threats against a spouse"
, was found at the Polish border when he was supposed to respect a house arrest under electronic surveillance (ARSE), further specifies the prosecution.
Moha la Squale was handed over to France by the German authorities this Thursday, the prosecution further indicates, adding that he must be presented to a Parisian investigating judge this Friday
“for notification of his warrant.”
The prosecution requests his placement in pre-trial detention by the judge of freedoms and detention.
