In less than two years, it should welcome its first passengers, undoubtedly relieving part of the RER A. It is line 15 south of the Ile-de-France supermetro, whose opening is expected at the end of 2025. A new means transport which will benefit the inhabitants of Champs-sur-Marne and will play a notable role in its real estate market.
It is also from the monumental Grand Paris Express station, currently under construction, that line 16 will start in 2028, decongesting the rest of the Ile-de-France network.

“Of course we talk about the station to future buyers.
But in fact, they spontaneously bring it up on their own,” confides Frédéric Forté, manager of the Era real estate agency, located in the area of the future station.
