It is the most sought-after district in Argenteuil alongside that of Orgemont-La Colonie.
Les Coteaux in fact concentrates almost all the best that the town can offer.
“We have a lot of Parisians, executives who come to settle here.
Prices remain generally attractive compared to neighboring towns such as Colombes, Nanterre, Sartrouville or Sannois,” indicates Amina Mazouz, director of the Laforêt Immobilier des Coteaux agency.

It is indeed an interesting sector for buyers looking for a house.
Houses constitute the main form of housing and condominiums rarely exceed three floors.
The only notable exceptions are the Champagne city, nicknamed the Banana because of the curved shape of this bar of 379 housing units, and the Roussillon city, located just above.
