What is happening in Meudon (Hauts-de-Seine)?
In a very gloomy real estate market, the price of apartments is breaking all record declines: -11.6% in one year, according to the barometer of our partner Meilleurs Agents.

However, the situation is not rosy in the rest of the department.
Often described as the “mirror of the capital”, Hauts-de-Seine recorded the largest drop in apartment prices in Île-de-France over one month (- 0.3%).
Only Paris is doing less well over one year (5.5% compared to 5.3%).
