Properties valued at over a million euros are not found exclusively in chic Parisian neighborhoods.

In Seine-Saint-Denis, around a hundred of these properties are for sale according to the SeLoger group.

This luxury market is developing in a context of falling real estate prices.

The February barometer from Meilleurs Agents shows a drop in the amount of apartments of 0.1% in January in the department.

After November (-0.6%) and December (-0.2%), the trend is confirmed.

The increase in the number of luxury goods in Seine-Saint-Denis can be explained by the evolution of the Parisian market.

“We are witnessing a shift in the market from the west to the east,” explains Sébastien Mouton, director of the Barnes Paris Est real estate agency.

It is therefore not surprising that this extends to the inner suburbs.
