A new complaint against radio host Sébastien Cauet was filed Thursday February 8, indicates a source close to the matter in Le

The complainant denounces acts of sexual assault and rape which allegedly took place in the 90s, specifies

The 51-year-old man is therefore now the target of five complaints for rape and sexual assault.
The first complaint against the presenter was filed on November 18, 2023. The complainant, now aged 25, accuses him of rape, one of which was allegedly committed in Geneva in 2014, when she was 16 years old.
The facts allegedly took place during a meeting with the host, whom she considered
“almost like an idol”
, to make her listen to a radio model.
He then allegedly asked her for oral sex, which she agreed to perform against her will after an initial refusal.
“He stood next to me and that's when he pulled down his pants a few centimeters (...) He took out absolutely everything and that's when he told me: 'That's how you succeed in radio, you have to do it
,'” this first complainant testified.
The host denies the facts
Then targeted by three complaints, Sébastien Cauet spoke on
BFMTV
on December 10, 2023.
“I am subject to these attacks and these accusations for which I am completely innocent
,” he then explained.
After the first complaint, the host also filed a complaint with the Nanterre public prosecutor's office on November 27 for
"slanderous denunciation, attempted extortion of funds by an organized gang, forgery and uses against unnamed persons"
.
Sébastien Cauet has also been suspended from NRJ since last November.
