Highlights: Bruno Le Maire posted a doctored photo on his LinkedIn account. The Minister of the Economy has seemed rejuvenated and seems to have transported himself to the 1980s or perhaps the early 1990s. The posting of a doctored photo this Saturday by the Minister of the Economy on his LinkedIn account comes when, in a few months

The Minister of the Economy has changed a little in recent hours.

Bruno Le Maire has seemed rejuvenated and seems to have transported himself to the 1980s or perhaps the early 1990s.

This Saturday morning, the boss of Bercy posted a somewhat surprising photo online on the professional social network LinkedIn.

Number 2 in the government seems to have lost a few years, if not a few dozen.

He also wears a leather jacket, a chain hanging from his neck and a silver bracelet.

His haircut evokes a hairstyle typical of the 1980s or the turn with the following decade.

The whole thing contrasts with the outfits associated with his responsibilities.

“France is and must remain the leading nation in Europe”

But this photo is completely false.

It was generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

“It’s amazing what you can do, isn’t it?

This image is proof of that,” laughs the government member in a comment on his publication.

He describes AI as a “technological, industrial, civilizational, political, cultural and social revolution” “But what revolution are we really talking about?

Are we able to see the full potential?

What are the concrete implications?

» he asks.

“France is and must remain the leading nation in Europe in artificial intelligence.

Europe must remain a continent of innovation, technological breakthrough and daring,” he also argues.

And to recall that France will host the second edition of the World Summit for Artificial Intelligence.

The first gathering of its kind was held in the United Kingdom last fall.
