During the hike to Aidling, hiking enthusiasts can enjoy wonderful views of the Herzogstand and the Heimgarten.
From the historic church of St. Georg in Aidling, the path then leads over the shady north side of the ridge back to the starting point at the Höhlmühle forester's lodge.
The tour offers a great view after a short hike.

Short round with a great view on the Aidlinger Höhe
The entire circuit, which leads over wide forest paths and tarred roads, can be completed in around 2.5 hours.
Parking is available at the Forsthaus Höhlmühle.
For those who want to use public transport, we recommend taking the regional train to Murnau, followed by a trip on bus 9631 to Aidling.
The round can then be completed in the opposite direction.
If you just want to take a short break, you can also start from Aidling.
