Karlsfeld/Hohenkammer - A gas station in Karlsfeld (Dachau district) was attacked by two unknown robbers on Friday evening, February 10th.
The perpetrators, who wore dark clothing and masks, entered the sales area of the gas station on Münchener Straße around 9:30 p.m., reports the Upper Bavaria North Police Headquarters.
They threatened the sole employee with a firearm and stole a small amount of cash from the cash register before fleeing on foot.
Despite an immediate and extensive manhunt, the robbers were able to escape undetected.
The Fürstenfeldbruck criminal police have started the investigation and are asking witnesses to call 08141-6120.

Residents alerted the police around 3:45 a.m. after hearing suspicious noises.
A police patrol that arrived shortly afterwards discovered “a high-powered vehicle fleeing the scene at high speed and gave chase,” as the police reported.
After a large-scale manhunt involving numerous police officers and a police helicopter, “the vehicle was found in an accident, abandoned and fully ablaze in Röhrmoos in the Dachau district.”
The perpetrators also managed to escape undetected.
