This is only a partial list of technological items developed by the Halacha and Technology section of the military rabbinate in recent years for use on Shabbat, and now during the war they have become especially popular with the soldiers and at bases throughout the country.

The section develops and produces technological halachic solutions that enable Shabbat observance in the routine of activity.

For example, "Telefon Shabbat" makes it possible to answer phones while minimizing the desecration of the Sabbath.

In the case of the "Et Shabbat" it is a product developed "for essential needs" so that it reduces the severity of the prohibition to write on Shabbat by dissipating the ink.

Writing with this pen is suitable for information that does not need to be kept for a long time, and it is very useful in army headquarters and headquarters.

Product Another one is a computer keyboard and mouse that allow the use of a similar format. The section has also developed products such as a Shabbat lantern, a mechanism for wind doors and electric Shabbat candles for lighting in places where it is not possible to light an open fire, such as on top of the Navy's sailing vessels.
