On video: The members of the boy's family who will be accused of rape leave the juvenile court in Bat Yam/Walla system!
A 62-year-old man, a resident of Bat Yam, was accused today (Sunday) of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl with a disability in his city of residence - after he convinced her to come "clean his house".
According to the charge, the man, who saw the 13-year-old on the street in the city, tried to convince her to come with him to his house.
She refused and called her mother, who instructed her not to talk to the strange man and to leave the place.
However, the suspect continued to persuade the minor to come with him to his place of residence - where he sexually assaulted her.
At the end of his actions, the defendant gave her 15 shekels.
Bat Yam police officers arrested the 62-year-old late last month, shortly after receiving a report regarding the attack.
When the indictment was filed in court, a request was made for his arrest until the end of the proceedings against him.

On Friday, the Magistrate's Court extended by six days the detention of 64-year-old resident of Kiryat Shmona Zion and Nono, who is suspected of committing indecent acts on three children aged four to seven in a hotel with evacuees in the Gush Dan area.
The suspect claimed that it was an "innocent" physical contact, even though there was no prior acquaintance between him and the children.
The Gillot police opened an investigation yesterday against a 64-year-old man, who was evacuated from his home town in the north to a hotel in the center, upon receiving a complaint against him.
It is suspected that the man sexually assaulted three children between the ages of four and seven who were also evacuated to the hotel along with their families because of the war.
The dimensions of the injury have not yet been clarified, when at this stage the suspect is charged with the crime of committing indecent acts.
The police said that the investigation may lead to other directions.
