A new era in Gush Dan - the light rail has started/Roni Knafo
For the third time in recent weeks, the light rail in the center is disabled this morning (Sunday).
Passengers who arrived a little while ago at the Red Line stations to rush to their workplaces were surprised to find that due to a malfunction in the train's signaling system, it was shut down.

On previous occasions as well, Tevel, the operator of the red line, stopped the important service due to a malfunction in the operation of that system.
Matabel informed that "due to disruptions in the signaling system and in order to reboot the system, the train service will be stopped."
As revealed in Vala, the red line is far from reaching its goals.
While early estimates were for the transportation of 230 thousand people a day, today only about 70 thousand travel on it.
