Weather warnings from the DWD are still in effect on Saturday.
In addition to rain and snow in places, the thermometer even reaches spring-like temperatures in some places.
Update, February 10th, 8:28 p.m.:
The DWD continues to warn of squalls in southern Bavaria.
These occur above 1500 meters at speeds between 70 km/h and 85 km/h.
In exposed locations there are even severe gusts of up to 100 km/h.
The warning is valid until midnight in almost the entire foothills of the Alps.
After that, gusts of wind are expected to continue.
The warning of wind gusts with speeds of around 50 km/h until Sunday morning also applies north of the Alps and extends to just beyond Munich.
First report, February 10th, 7:54 a.m.:
Munich – There can be no talk of calm weather in Bavaria at the moment.
First there was an onset of winter in some places, then constant rain caused the risk of flooding and now it's getting stormy again.
The German Weather Service (DWD) issued a warning on Thursday that is still valid on Saturday (February 10).
