66 floats and foot groups parade through the market town on Carnival Sunday.
Unfortunately, the celebrants had little luck with the weather.
Indersdorf – It is always a highlight when the participants of the Indersdorf carnival parade make their way from the upper roundabout to the “Market Square Party Location”.
With around 66 registrations, there were more walking groups and wagons than in 15 years.
Over a distance of around two kilometers, thousands of visitors waited to stand in the shower of confetti, roses and sweets.
Large bags and upturned umbrellas served as catch basins.
Unfortunately, the partygoers had little luck with the weather: it kept drizzling, but that didn't really seem to bother anyone.
Waiting anxiously for it to rain confetti, roses or guttis: cowboys, giraffes, clowns, octopus and co. at the Indersdorf carnival parade.

At the carnival parade in Indersdorf, everyone of rank and name was there: Pumuckl, who came out as the first climate gluer at d'Hiesigen, became visible at the Arnbacher and Niederrother caravans.
Horst Schlämmer, Dracula, the Wild Things, Wickie and his strong men, Snow White with her dwarves, Bob the Builder, Super Mario, Lucky Luke and many other superheroes across film history, fairy tales and the decades thrilled their fans, who came to their right and left cheered on the side of the road.
Donuts and drinks are available at the stand of Anton Wagatha (middle with top hat) and his team from the Indersdorf local history association.

The Hirtlbach Bundeswehr soldiers and the last German moving tank from Unterschweinbach were registered, the “Go(e)ldesel of Germany” reminded us where the money goes, and the Maisbrunners presented the current valley descent to the traffic light government.
The people from Altomünster, Fahrenzhausen and everyone from Überacker had already made the transition to a relaxed atmosphere after sporting activities because they had already been to the après-ski.
The monastery shooters called for a “set-off to new worlds” and, like the Boandlkramers and Star Wars heroes, were on the road to go full throttle in heaven and hell.
A veritable potpourri of ideas, colors and songs from half a century was on display.
To snack on: The gentlemen from the Indersdorf carnival committee were out with their wives, the “Glonntal sugar dolls”.

The members of the carnival committee, Jo Schlatterer, Sepp Kettl, Florian Conrad, Johannes Böller, Alex Rabl, Miggi Hohenester, Markus Mühlbauer and their chairman Willi Heilmann stood in the hospital parking lot and did a final fact check before joining the procession.
It was a very long train, behind which Gerhard, the pothole emergency service worker, walked with his broom truck, and in tow he had the team from the construction yard, who shortly afterwards ensured that the streets were clean again.
At the destination of the carnival parade, in front of the Indersdorf town hall, the party really got into full swing.
