With his face with rounded curves, his blue eyes and his broad smile, Alasdair McKenzie easily reveals his age.

At only 19 years old, the young man nevertheless exudes great maturity in this flamboyant gentleness and this controlled energy that he exudes.

His eyes sparkle and, in their reflection, we can make out the icy blade of his ice ax which sticks, as he tells his stories, on the frozen walls of the high peaks.

The adult world that he evokes is that of very high level mountaineering: Himalayas, that is to say the ascent of the largest mountains on the planet, in the massif of the same name, where altitude deprives man of his vital oxygen.
