We have witnessed a movement of affirmation of a profession which is disappearing demographically: there are only 380,000 farmers left and, in ten years, one in two will retire without being sure of being able to pass on their farm.
They find themselves, moreover, stigmatized by the prevailing urban discourse which accuses them of degrading the environment, even though they play an essential role in feeding us.
