The prosecutor of the Lecce prosecutor's office Alberto Santacatterina has ordered an autopsy to shed light on the death of a 13-year-old from Giurdignano, who died on Sunday at the Vito Fazzi hospital in Lecce, where he had been hospitalized since 6 February after falling while leaving the school wheelchair which he was forced to use due to a serious illness.
The exam will be carried out the day after tomorrow by the medical examiner Alberto Tortorella.
An investigation has been opened for manslaughter against unknown persons.
