The first pictures of King Charles after the announcement of his cancer show a deeply moved monarch.
They were created immediately after meeting Prince Harry.

King Charles is said to have flown directly from Buckingham Palace by helicopter to Sandringham in order to process the events there in peace.
The visit may have been a disillusionment for his youngest son - Prince Harry was only with King Charles for 45 minutes, and a meeting with his brother Prince William (41) is said not to have taken place.
