The district court in Be'er Sheva allowed the publication today (Monday) of additional parts of the indictment against a man who impersonated an officer and managed to obtain secret information, in one of the most serious security incidents in the country's history.

The suspect managed to get his hands on secret information about the order of the security forces, existing means in use by the IDF, missing means, explanations of classified capabilities and more.

In an exclusive conversation with Walla!, M., who knew the accused posing as an officer, was not at all surprised by his entanglement in such a serious affair "He is now accused of very serious things.

Obviously, if I had known, even for a moment, that he was dealing with such things, I would have reported it immediately.

But I was surprised by the severity of the accusations, but I wasn't surprised that he was part of something dubious."

M. claims that the writing was on the wall, and she was surprised by the security forces not getting on it before.

"Let's just say it didn't surprise me that the man wasn't telling the truth," she said.

"The fact that he tried to enter places he was not authorized to enter was not surprising, what was surprising was where he was able to get to. It was not him who surprised, but the security officials of the State of Israel. I, after an examination I did on him within 24 hours, was able to identify exactly who he was."

M. was surprised that no tests were conducted on the suspect anywhere he went, and claimed that she alerted the relevant authorities about him.

"How come the security officials didn't do a basic security check on him that I did on my own? I found out that he was a liar and unreliable," said M.

"What he did did not meet the criminal threshold, I simply caught him in a lie. And I did everything I could to warn him against it. I don't think anything could have been done beyond that."
