It was in an apartment on Avenue de Flandres that police officers from the minors' protection brigade, helped by agents from the 19th arrondissement police station, intervened on Saturday afternoon, suspecting the kidnapping of a young girl who was a minor in runaway who was allegedly forced into prostitution.

When they arrived on the scene at 4:40 p.m., an alcoholic man displayed a blade in front of the police who managed to subdue him using an electric pulse gun.
In the apartment, another man and a woman are also present and they are also drunk.
The three individuals were arrested and then taken into police custody.
On site, officers found the minor girl they were looking for, as well as another young girl.
It all started with a minor running away on Tuesday January 16, 2024, from the home in which she lived.
She then contacted her father by telephone on Friday February 9, informing him that she had been kidnapped and that she was being held captive.
