A “Suits” comeback from Duchess Meghan?
None!
The new edition of the well-known series will probably have to do without the actress.
Los Angeles – A few weeks ago there were rumors about a planned “Suits” remake called “Suits: LA”.
Duchess Meghan Markle (42), who once achieved worldwide fame through the original series, immediately became the subject of various speculations.
Her fans want nothing more than a comeback for the American actress.
But a possible role in the new offshoot is unlikely.
“Suits”: The series that made Meghan big
In the original series, Meghan Markle played paralegal Rachel Zane.
The actress left the series early in 2017 after her relationship with Prince Harry (39) became public.
Last summer, the legal series surprisingly became the most streamed series in the USA again for several weeks.
Shortly afterwards, speculation arose about a possible reboot.
According to the entertainment magazine
Variety,
filming of the pilot episode of “Suits: LA” is scheduled to begin in March.
The series reportedly centers on the character Ted Black, a former New York prosecutor who now represents influential clients in Los Angeles.

Daily Mail
cites sources close to the show's producers as emphasizing that Meghan has no plans to appear on the TV show.
One of the big roles in “Suits: LA” is apparently even written specifically for the ducal actress.
Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry apparently prefer to continue their collaboration with Netflix in the future.
After three productions that have already been published and one project that has been discontinued, the Sussexes are currently planning a total of three new series and one film.
In September, Prince Harry and Meghan were guests in Düsseldorf for several days.

The royal couple has not had an easy time.
After the infamous Netflix documentary was released, violent shitstorms broke out over the couple.
The recent cancer diagnosis of his father, King Charles, is also said to be taking its toll on the young prince.
In order to improve their situation, the two couples received special help at the beginning of January: Meghan Markle's mother, Doria Ragland, is now said to have moved in with them.
