At around 10:40 p.m., residents contacted the police because they heard shots.

“Several uniformed police patrols” were searching for the perpetrators, the police wrote in a press release.
It was then plainclothes police who caught the suspects.
The police struck in a residential building where one of the three suspected perpetrators lives.
The investigators are focusing on three young men: a 19-year-old, an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old.
“The suspects are well-known people from Geretsrieder.”

During a search of the apartment, two blank guns and a one-hand knife were found and seized.
“Based on the information already available, a third blank gun was located and seized during a further search in the immediate area,” writes the police.

All three suspects were released after the measures were completed.
“The two older suspects were also in police custody for some time,” and the guardians of the 15-year-old boy were informed.
As a result of the incident, all three have to answer for, among other things, violations of the weapons law.
