This is not the only incident caused by the gusts in the Landes.

At 2 p.m., traffic was interrupted on the Bayonne-Dax axis.

This Monday morning, four departments on the Atlantic coast were affected by orange vigilance for the risk of flooding.

Météo France downgraded the alert to yellow level this afternoon in Charente-Maritime, Landes, Gironde and Pyrénées-Atlantiques.

The last three cities are also affected by a yellow wave-submersion alert.
