Apartment: price for a resident in Rosh Ha'Ain
Budget: NIS 150,000
Interior designer: Mittal Friedman

This is a 5-room, 110-square-meter garden apartment at a price for a resident in Rosh Ha'Ein, purchased by a couple at the beginning of their career with a two-year-old little girl. "Today, the couple has a small baby that has been added to the family, when in the design and planning phase the thinking was long-term in favor of expanding the family." Interior designer Mittal Friedman explains.
According to her, "The couple contacted me to give a light touch to the renovation of the apartment, with an emphasis on renewing the kitchen.
I recommended to them that despite the meager budget allocated for the entire process, which amounted to only NIS 150,000, they should seriously consider purchasing a new kitchen.
With the understanding that if we don't do it now, it simply won't happen - and so they did."

According to her, "We created something out of nothing. With such a meager and challenging budget, I insisted and dedicated most of it to the benefit of the new kitchen and the purchase of furniture."
The apartment is in an eclectic style, eclectic and rustic at the same time, with soft and pastel colors and touches of black.
Upon entering the house, a public space, a dining area and a living room unfolds.
The living room is in soft colors of powder pink, greenish and beige with touches of black.
A powerful wall in the living room with a special coloring that gives the wall a concrete-like appearance, which creates a three-dimensional appearance.

The dining area is rustic, with a bench and light chairs around it.
Above the corner, light fixtures from charcoal LED lighting have been placed that add an industrial touch to the space and correspond with the library located nearby.
The kitchen is in a modern rustic style, complete with a small and very functional "R" shaped island with two seats.
A white ceramic wall adds a bright touch to the space.
The fronts of the kitchen are gray.

The girl's room was designed with future thinking, so that it will also fit a brother or sister who will arrive (and it was).
In a delicately wallpapered room, with a warm tent lined with many pillows and a carpet, which is a fun place for the little one to play and read.
A colorful and pleasant playroom, suitable for him and her, with a wall that is half wallpaper and half color and lots of storage spaces.

In the bedroom, at the mother's request, the back wall of the bed is covered with powder pink wallpaper.
This is a light and airy room for the young couple.
The work area is intelligently located in the corridor and does not interfere with the daily conduct of the house.
