Valentine's Day will be celebrated on Wednesday, and despite being Valentine's Day, we have chosen a slightly different direction - interesting projects of divorced and single women who live in style, peacefully and comfortably and with a lot of love for their private home.
They invested a lot in their living environment.
An article full of love, for the next and romantic chapter in their lives.

A man in his early 40s decided to move to the neighborhood where his friends live.
The building in front of the park was adapted to his needs and lifestyle, for the sake of the mission Mittal Ashkenazi-Pomerantz was called to the flag.
The apartment was divided into public and private space.
The significant change was the opening of the public space - by canceling the lowering of the ceiling and changing the direction of the living room.
The second significant change was in the bedroom unit - instead of a closet, a wall closet was planned, in favor of enlarging the bathroom (MODY).

This is chapter 2 in the couple's life.
Both are parents of adult children who have left the nest and they have chosen, at this stage, not to share a common residence and each lives in his own home.
The apartment was covered in a fishbone floor with a vintage touch (by sanded and faded edges) that gave an appearance of warmth and depth, a huge 100-year-old Persian carpet that came from his mother's house, a large and modern sofa, a ceiling that simulates concrete and a visible and exposed industrial air conditioning system.
A power wall that simulates old wooden shutters familiar to us from various regions of classical Europe is located in the public space and gives an old-fashioned European aroma.
A hidden door was embedded in this wall that leads to a home office.

The TV wall is decorated with a huge world map, a clear reflection of the tenant's love and lifestyle with two iron bookcases that come down from the ceiling and on them are items he collected in his travels.
The deep blue shade of the kitchen came from the oceans on Earth and the look combined with the touches of wood creates a modern classic look.
The back porch has become the dining area in a semi-outdoor atmosphere in a way that makes it possible to host large parties.
The title of the bedroom is without a doubt an impressive 6-meter wide closet (!) designed by the Delkov company.
The closet is divided into two huge doors that are covered with glass in a golden shade with a matte finish and in the center of which is a smoky mirror divided into two cubes, one of which hides a TV screen inside, and both of them together double the feeling of size in the space by the reflection of a wide and luxurious leather bed and the decoration of the walls covered with a playful wallpaper with a golden pop look.
Beyond the wallpaper is a hidden door that leads to a modern and stylish bathroom.

He bought the apartment 15 years ago.
Since then he dreamed of doing a major renovation with a large showcase that would bring in a lot of light and vegetation.
This is a special project of a 45-year-old single industrial designer who lives in a 75 square meter apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv. He turned to the interior designer Odalia Barzilai. In order to create a large showcase, it was necessary to cancel the guest services, dismantle the kitchen walls and add beams and columns, thus creating a large showcase. The showcase From Belgian iron that provides the New York look. The Artpro company performed the work that matched the style of the house with perfect precision.

The choice was black in a combination of a brick wall from demolition and an industrial style kitchen with a black iron construction and black tin kitchen fronts.
The dining table from a place in the center of the kitchen.
A wooden dining table with iron legs and under it a bright carpet and special lighting that also has a place for vegetation.
The shower also continues in the same design line of the house with flooring and covering with concrete look tiles.
The study is also in black parquet.
The client works from home with a lot of equipment and for that a lot of space and storage was needed.
Large and spacious tables and a cork board that covers the wall and above it storage boxes in black color that matches the parquet and hung from the ceiling with cables to create a continuous industrial look of the general line of the house.

"The apartment is on the 18th floor with a breathtaking view. After a long process in which the apartment was designed with a modern, clean and elegant look, the client moved with her son to the dream apartment to start a new chapter in her life," explains interior designer Mittal Zimber.
The public space was expanded at the expense of a bedroom, thus making the kitchen spacious and large and impressive.
Each item is carefully selected and designed at a high quality level.
The black shade stands out in the home design, providing the space with drama, power and interest.
Among other things, lighting fixtures, a bedroom bed, the furniture in the living room and even a wall in the public space was painted black with a console combined with a mirror.
A game of black and white enters the bathrooms.
