A woman from Freising got away with a four-year prison sentence for drug trafficking in the kilogram range.

Several strokes of fate drove a woman from Freising (53) to drugs and then to dealing with them.
The mother now had to answer in court.
Freising
– Because a Freising woman (53) came clean in front of the regional court and admitted to a brisk drug trade in the kilogram range, she escaped with a prison sentence of four years.
As presiding judge Michaela Wawerla said in the verdict, given the "huge amount of drugs" there could have been a completely different punishment for the mother of three, not to mention the turnover: "That was a sum that we don't have here every day Accordingly, the recovery of compensation amounting to 13,512.50 euros and 40,348 euros for sales discontinued during the course of the process was ordered.
As the evidence showed, the 53-year-old's business acumen was due to the tragic fact that she herself was addicted to cocaine.
The reason, according to the Freising woman: “I was overwhelmed by my life.” After regional forensic doctor Hubert Näger certified that the defendant had multiple substance addictions, the fourth criminal chamber also ordered her to be placed in a rehabilitation center.

The verdict was guilty of trafficking in narcotics in large quantities and of intentionally trafficking in narcotics, each in five cases.
For the remaining charges, the court had promised the Freising woman a prison sentence of between three years, nine months and four years, three months if she made a full confession.
And this happened in tears: visibly shaken and repeatedly apologizing, the petite 53-year-old described how her job was suddenly gone after 22 years.
The father of her children left her and her mother died unexpectedly.
At the same time she had bought a small house that needed renovation – “so that the boys have a nest”.
The teenagers live alone in this nest, supported by their father and aunt, while their mother has been in custody since August.

“Shortly before Corona,” the 53-year-old met a younger man - and with him the supposed benefits of stimulant drugs.
“Cocaine is a sneaky drug,” said the Freisinger.
In the end she consumed several grams of it every day;
It started in the bathroom in the morning when she opened the laptop for her new job.
The defendant justified the large quantities of drugs by saying that she received a quantity discount.
How it happened that her dealer suddenly became her customer, to whom she sold kilos of drugs such as cocaine, speed, ecstasy and THC liquids in her house between December 2022 and August 2023, remained unclear.
Fully culpable, but with a chance of success with therapy
The 53-year-old was exposed because her acquaintance was targeted by investigators: During an interrogation, he ratted out his “maternal friend.”
District medical examiner Näger declared the defendant to be fully responsible.
Nevertheless, he saw the conditions for accommodation as present.
“The tendency is there.” The 53-year-old consumed over a long period of time;
their lifestyle had become increasingly restricted.
In addition, therapy has a chance of success: “She is motivated to bring about change.” When Wawerla asked whether the children had not noticed her consumption, the defendant replied quietly that her older son had caught her in the act in the summer.
“Mom, what are you doing?” he asked her.
She trivialized the whole thing and told him not to worry.
Shortly afterwards the police showed up at her door.
