Several criminal charges await a 23-year-old who refused to accept the ban from a shop in Bad Wörishof for shoplifting and smashed the window in anger.
Bad Wörishofen - A 23-year-old, already known to the police, was denied entry to a delicatessen on Monday afternoon (February 12, 2024) after he was banned from the premises due to shoplifting a few days ago.
Enraged by this, the young man quickly smashed a shop window with a stone the size of his fist.
A cashier was slightly injured in the shoulder by flying glass shards.
The perpetrator is now facing several criminal charges for property damage, bodily harm, trespassing and shoplifting.
