Puchheim - On Friday morning, February 9th, two cigarette machines were broken into by unknown people at the Puchheim S-Bahn station.
At around 1 a.m. on February 9th, two cigarette machines in front of the waiting hall on platform 1 of the Puchheim S-Bahn stop were reported to the federal police.
During initial investigations on site, an empty cash box that had been stolen from the ATM was found in a trash can.
The recordings from the video cameras at the crime scene have been secured and are still being reviewed.
The amount of damage is around 10,000 euros, although the financial loss from the cash box was only around 300 euros.
Investigations into particularly serious cases of theft have been initiated.
The federal police are looking for witnesses who can provide relevant information about the break-in or the perpetrators by calling 089/515550-0.
