“This case exudes human misery,” lamented Me Pierre Édouard Szymanski this Monday at the Compiègne court (Oise).
The lawyer defended one of the three defendants, three crack users from Noyonnais convicted of trafficking heroin, cocaine, cannabis and crack.
Between September and December 2023, they were allegedly forced to work for large local traffickers.
It all started with anonymous information which allowed the gendarmes to trace drug trafficking established in Pont-l'Évêque, in a garden chalet.
The investigators, after telephone tapping and surveillance, arrested Thierry T., 45 years old, Jonathan L., 37 years old and Vanessa M., 40 years old.
All three are addicted to crack cocaine.
