A violent head-on crash occurred in Munich when a man crashed into oncoming traffic for reasons that are still unknown.
Munich - On Monday, February 12th, around 4:45 p.m., a 42-year-old Munich man was driving his black Fiat on Freisinger Straße towards Oberschleißheim.
At the same time, a 61-year-old woman from the Munich district was traveling on the same road in a white Daimler minibus towards Ismaning.
A 21-year-old man, also from the Munich district, accompanied her as a passenger.

At the intersection with Holzhackerstrasse, the 42-year-old crossed into oncoming traffic for reasons that are not yet clear and collided head-on with the 61-year-old's oncoming vehicle.
The accident caused serious injuries to the 42-year-old, while the 61-year-old and the 21-year-old were only slightly injured.
All three people involved in the accident were transported to nearby hospitals by ambulance.
