That survey determined that Argentina is the fourth “most unfaithful” country in the region, behind Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.
Chile, for its part, was ranked number five.
The data arises from a survey carried out by Gleeden, a non-monogamous dating application, based on the concentration of users registered in the application according to each geographical location.
Regarding the Argentine provinces with the greatest number of infidels, the ranking was as follows:
Buenos Aires, Córdoba, City of Buenos Aires, Salta and Misiones
Infidelity: the explanation behind the lover
When asking 8,780 users of the application about the reasons why they seek a parallel relationship, the responses were varied: while 39% stated that they do it out of
sexual attraction
, 32% said that they have lovers to break the routine.
For their part, 26% justified themselves by maintaining that they did it to fulfill their remaining
fantasies
and 3% because they do not feel comfortable with their usual partner and need understanding.

In a previous survey carried out by Gleeden, 52% of Argentines said that they look for a

in their lover , against 48% who said they look for a stable relationship in their lover.
Likewise, 59% of those surveyed stated that these casual links can occur with more than one person over the course of a year, while 41% stated that at most they can sustain a single parallel link.
On the other hand, when asked about their preferred locations to keep their meetings secret, 35% mentioned hotels
